Bilingual Spanish Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual/Spanish Member Service Representative (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries for members and providers in both Spanish and English
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining knowledge of company contracts and policies
• Document calls and collaborate with peers to meet departmental quality and productivity goals

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; knowledge of additional languages is desirable
