- Handle 30-40 consultations daily via phone, SMS, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining high-performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual and professional Spanish proficiency
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of customer focus
- Bonus: fluency in Portuguese
