Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Support Center Outbound- Remote Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support to members and/or providers through various communication channels
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
  • Document details related to Member or Provider inquiries accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Office, Genesys, and Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience with CRM and related software is advantageous
