Bilingual Spanish Telehealth Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the remote contract Bilingual Spanish Telehealth Physician will conduct structured intake consultations, perform telehealth visits to establish medical necessity, and collaborate with clinical teams to validate care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth-based E/M or Annual Wellness Visits to identify high-risk conditions and unmet social needs
• Document findings accurately in the platform, ensuring proper coding and use of SDOH Z-codes
• Develop and approve individualized care plans aligned with patients' medical treatment plans

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Broad multistate licensure strongly required (IMLC participation or 50-state coverage preferred)
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• 2+ years of experience in primary care, telehealth, or care management
• Bilingual Spanish required
