Bilingual Spanish Telephonic Triage RN

Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Bilingual Spanish Telephonic Triage RN will manage incoming calls, provide injury assessments, and document interactions while adhering to HIPAA compliance during evening shifts between 12:00pm and 2:00am.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing superior customer service and accurate assessments using triage algorithms
• Document each call efficiently, tracking productivity metrics and adhering to personal schedule adherence
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Availability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
• Access to a private workspace with high-speed internet for remote work
