Bilingual Spanish Transcriber

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Transcriber.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe portions of member responses to IVR calls using proprietary tools
• Transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interactions using proprietary transcription tools
• Report member DNC requests and escalate adverse events and negative comments as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare experience a plus
