Bilingual Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Operations New Associate - Bilingual: Spanish/English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound or inbound customer communications via phone and other methods
• Advise customers on behalf of clients and follow detailed instructions
• Update program databases accurately and manage challenging customer situations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Fluency in Spanish
• Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 20MBPS download, 5MBPS upload
• Able to work a schedule including nights and weekends
