Job Summary
Providing essential support to Medicare Advantage broker partners, the full-time Bilingual Support Associate will manage inquiries, assist with enrollment processes, and resolve post-enrollment issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to broker inquiries via phone and Agent Portal messages regarding plans and benefits
- Assist brokers with application submissions, status checks, and post-enrollment needs
- Build strong relationships with brokers through consistent, high-quality service and issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field
- 2+ years of customer service or support experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
