Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative, Support Center III - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service support to members and providers across various communication channels
- Handle escalated calls and ensure excellent customer service
- Support member and provider inquiries involving benefits, claims, and other complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Experience in handling complex inquiries and escalations
