Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Support Center III - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support to members and providers across various communication channels
  • Handle escalated calls and ensure excellent customer service
  • Support member and provider inquiries involving benefits, claims, and other complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various CRM systems
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
  • Experience in handling complex inquiries and escalations
