Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data processing
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
