Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Specialist (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors
• Provide exceptional service and document all client inquiries for tracking purposes
• Resolve complex product and service inquiries and communicate operational concerns to clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• 4+ years of customer service-related experience
• 2+ years of call center service-related experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
