Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Specialist to manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complex inbound and outbound requests, providing solutions for technical support inquiries
  • Document all client service inquiries and issues for tracking purposes
  • Communicate operational concerns to clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College experience preferred
  • 4+ years of customer service-related experience
  • 2+ years of call center service-related experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
