Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Specialist to manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex inbound and outbound requests, providing solutions for technical support inquiries
- Document all client service inquiries and issues for tracking purposes
- Communicate operational concerns to clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- 4+ years of customer service-related experience
- 2+ years of call center service-related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
