Job Summary

Providing essential bilingual support, the part-time Bilingual Support Specialist will assist Spanish- and English-speaking families, students, school administrators, and vendors with ESA and microgrant programs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, SMS, and chat
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking families, ensuring equitable access to program support
  • Translate customer-facing communications and resources from English to Spanish as needed
Required qualifications
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar contact management system is required
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • Preference given to residents of Texas, Utah, Georgia, Louisiana, Iowa, Wyoming, or New York
