Job Summary
To support the energy transition, the full-time remote Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner will manage a diverse portfolio of roles in sales, business development, project management, and product management, collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage talent using advanced techniques to attract both active and passive candidates
- Guide the full hiring lifecycle, advising hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market trends, and talent availability
- Lead complex offer negotiations to create equitable outcomes for candidates and the business
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer management
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring strategies using data and market insights
- Skilled at negotiating complex offers and managing competing stakeholder priorities
- Experience maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Bilingual fluency in French and English for effective communication with candidates and stakeholders
