Job Summary

Supporting the recruitment process, the full-time Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in onboarding, focusing on both English and Spanish speaking applicants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizes various channels to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and coordinates interviews with hiring managers
• Maintains accurate candidate records and ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
• Zero (0) plus years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
