Bilingual Tax Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Tax Software Support Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with tax/accounting software via phone and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
• Log support tickets and escalate issues when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher level of education
• Over six months of hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting and technical support
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
• Basic computer skills (PC, Microsoft Office)
• Experience with CCH ProSystem fx or CCH Axcess Tax is a plus
