Bilingual Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Team Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the fulfillment team's workload and performance targets
• Facilitate client relationship management and prepare performance-related reports
• Develop and implement training programs for unit members to ensure success in their roles

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive work experience; 3+ years in operations and/or public records experience
• Basic understanding of operations production and workflow management
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
