Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor real-time production and service levels, escalating risks as needed
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for Patient Access Representatives
  • Handle escalations from patients or clients and maintain accurate attendance records
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Prior call center or customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience preferred
  • 2 years of remote work experience
  • 2 years of call center experience
