Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Team Lead - Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time production and service levels, escalating risks as needed
- Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for Patient Access Representatives
- Handle escalations from patients or clients and maintain accurate attendance records
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Prior call center or customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred
- Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience preferred
- 2 years of remote work experience
- 2 years of call center experience
