Job Summary
Managing multiple customer project engagements, the full-time Bilingual Technical Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of enterprise-wide solutions while collaborating with external customers and internal teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full project life cycle ownership, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, resources, budgets, and communications while maintaining stakeholder engagement
- Provide regular status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with a focus on servicing clients in Chile
- 2-5 years of project management experience, with a preference for PMP certification
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall
