Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist will connect with customers to conduct outbound sales calls, promote products and services, and provide tailored solutions while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls for customer retention, sales, and services while managing call flows
• Promote and recommend products to customers, striving to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and expand sales opportunities, achieving key performance indicators

Required qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Care, Retention, Inbound Sales, or Outbound Sales
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to build rapport with customers and navigate multiple computer systems
• High-speed internet connection and a suitable private workspace for remote work
