Job Summary
Providing bilingual technical support, the part-time hourly Bilingual Technical Customer Support representative will assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and account management while ensuring a positive customer experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to deliver prompt and efficient service
- Act as a customer advocate by addressing concerns and suggesting improvements
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluency in Spanish, including reading and writing
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot issues logically and efficiently
