Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via email and phone
- Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service issues
- Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting technology
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7 & 10
- Knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to system configuration and software applications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
