Job Summary

A company is looking for an End User Support (Spanish and English) professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via email and phone
  • Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service issues
  • Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting technology
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7 & 10
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting issues related to system configuration and software applications
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
