Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Technical Support Agent - Remote/Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues via email and phone
  • Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in troubleshooting technology
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Working knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7 & 10
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite & Skype for Business
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
