Job Summary

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the part-time Bilingual Technical Support Associate will provide timely and professional customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in both Spanish and English to deliver efficient and detailed service
  • Act as an advocate for customers by addressing concerns and reporting areas for improvement
  • Assist with troubleshooting and account maintenance, ensuring optimal use of Ring products
Required qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
