Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Bilingual English/Spanish - Remote (Mexico).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical inquiries using remote techniques
- Analyze vulnerability scan results and provide actionable insights to customers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and create solution knowledge for reuse
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of professional experience with networking, Linux/Unix, macOS, and Windows administration
- Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients
- Knowledge of computer, network, and application security; familiarity with Nessus is a plus
