Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Bilingual English/Spanish - Remote (Mexico).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical inquiries using remote techniques
  • Analyze vulnerability scan results and provide actionable insights to customers
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and create solution knowledge for reuse
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience with networking, Linux/Unix, macOS, and Windows administration
  • Experience providing technical support to enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of computer, network, and application security; familiarity with Nessus is a plus
