Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Technology Technical Support Arabic Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front line technical assistance for consumers and resolve technical problems
• Support client-specific high-speed internet services and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Manage trouble ticket systems and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Arabic
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
