Job Summary
Providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual Technical Support Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests while troubleshooting issues and documenting interactions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Deliver training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
- Document all interactions in the Call Center database and escalate problems as needed
Required qualifications
- High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office, database applications, and Windows navigation
- Effective customer service skills and ability to adapt communication style
