Job Summary

Providing support to both English and Spanish-speaking customers, the full-time Bilingual Technical Support Representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests while troubleshooting issues and documenting interactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Deliver training and troubleshooting support to resolve customer issues
  • Document all interactions in the Call Center database and escalate problems as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Office, database applications, and Windows navigation
  • Effective customer service skills and ability to adapt communication style
