Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone support for Qolsys, DSC, and Sur-Gard products
  • Respond to customer calls and resolve issues within SLA times
  • Support both application software and hardware products and provide feedback to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in French
  • Strong technical background or an associate degree preferred
  • Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Ability to navigate IT and interactive communication tools
  • Previous experience in a technical support or fault-finding role is helpful
