Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to merchants by responding to inquiries regarding the support of Merchant Credit Card processing
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide merchants with solutions to resolve problems with service, authorization, and credit card processing terminals
  • Communicate applicable policies, procedures, and practices to merchants
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English/French or English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of products, services, problem resolution practices and procedures, applicable regulations, systems, and procedures
  • Ability to fluently converse in both French and English, both verbally and in written form STRONGLY preferred
