Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Outreach Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and manage the Virtual Care Center phone queue
- Schedule virtual appointments and assist with referrals and authorizations
- Provide training for new hires and complete administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant program completion preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care or medical office setting
- Experience providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
