Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Outreach Coordinator for its Virtual Care Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and manage the Virtual Care Center phone queue
  • Schedule virtual appointments and assist with referrals and authorizations
  • Provide training for new hires and complete administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant program completion preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care or medical office setting
  • Experience providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
