Job Summary
Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Telephone Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule patient appointments, and maintain accurate patient records while ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while handling voicemail inquiries
- Book, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments, collecting and updating necessary demographic and insurance information
- Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments, processing referrals and performing data entry tasks
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Comfort with technology, including phone systems and EHR systems
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on professional phone etiquette
