Job Summary
To support data collection efforts, the part-time Bilingual Telephone Interviewer will conduct surveys, maintain client call files, and provide customer service to various stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct surveys in accordance with preferred interviewing practices and maintain assigned client call files
- Provide customer service to caregivers and stakeholders regarding data collection and survey administration
- Generate reports and staff the toll-free TAM dedicated phone line while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA policies
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- 1 year of customer service or administrative work experience required
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are mandatory
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Attendance at annual Conflict of Interest training is required
