Bilingual Telephonic Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse for a remote telephonic injury triage position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
• Document calls accurately and efficiently while providing assessments using triage algorithms
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and provide superior customer service to clients and employees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to high-speed internet and a private space for patient privacy
• Willingness to work weekends and major U.S. holidays
