Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish/English Telephonic Triage RN will manage incoming calls in a full-time remote capacity, providing injury triage and support while following proprietary algorithms in a 24/7 Occupational Health call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls from clients while documenting each interaction accurately
- Conduct thorough assessments of symptoms and concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms, ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies
- Monitor personal and call center productivity metrics, adhering to the established schedule and providing superior customer service
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
- Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Access to a private workspace and high-speed internet at home
- Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
