Bilingual Telephonic Triage RN
Job Summary
Providing remote telephonic triage support, the full-time Bilingual Telephonic Triage RN will manage incoming calls, assess workplace injuries using proprietary algorithms, and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies during overnight shifts from 11:00pm to 9:00am.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and document each interaction accurately
- Conduct assessments of symptoms and concerns while following triage protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and track productivity metrics
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
- Ability to handle consecutive calls and strong technological skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Access to a private workspace and high-speed internet
