Job Summary
To support a growing multi-language onboarding initiative, the full-time Bilingual Thai Onboarding Consultant will manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase, ensuring a high-quality implementation experience remotely while achieving monthly activation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage product knowledge and project management skills to create onboarding plans for restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase
- Conduct remote site assessments to determine clients' networking needs and communicate requirements to project resources
- Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, providing post-live support and training to restaurant staff on utilizing the Toast product effectively
Required qualifications
- Bilingual/Fluent in Thai & English required
- Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
- 3+ years in a customer satisfaction and business operations role
- Proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Track record of exceeding performance goals
