Bilingual Thai Support Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Thai Support Specialist to provide customer assistance regarding account management and order inquiries, working remotely during afternoon to evening shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants for account and order inquiries
• Manage incoming tickets through the CRM system and document correspondence accurately
• Perform minor troubleshooting and route calls or tickets to appropriate channels as needed

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
• Proficient in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
