Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Thai Support Specialist to provide customer assistance regarding account management and order inquiries, working remotely during afternoon to evening shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and restaurants for account and order inquiries
- Manage incoming tickets through the CRM system and document correspondence accurately
- Perform minor troubleshooting and route calls or tickets to appropriate channels as needed
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Thai
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
- Proficient in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
