Job Summary

Providing essential technical support, the full-time Bilingual Tier 1 Tech Support Technician will answer inbound calls, troubleshoot customer peripheral issues, and collaborate with the Contact Center team in a fully remote environment, working four 10-hour days each week, including one weekend day.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 support to customers in a professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers' peripheral-related problems through inbound and outbound calls
  • Manage the ticketing queue to ensure efficient handling of customer support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems and networks, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • Willingness to solve complex problems and complete projects
