Job Summary
Providing essential technical support, the full-time Bilingual Tier 1 Tech Support Technician will answer inbound calls, troubleshoot customer peripheral issues, and collaborate with the Contact Center team in a fully remote environment, working four 10-hour days each week, including one weekend day.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support to customers in a professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customers' peripheral-related problems through inbound and outbound calls
- Manage the ticketing queue to ensure efficient handling of customer support requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and networks, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Willingness to solve complex problems and complete projects
