Bilingual Total Quality Management Specialist

Job Summary

The remote Bilingual Total Quality Management Specialist will uphold quality standardization across all lines of business, ensuring the health of the quality program through expert oversight, performance gap identification, and representation in cross-functional calibrations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health and reliability of quality programs by ensuring standardization and consistent application of evaluation rubrics
• Evaluate and resolve high-complexity cases, focusing on root-cause identification and systemic resolution
• Oversee internal and external escalated transactions to ensure resolutions meet service-level agreements and quality benchmarks

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment and quality assurance
• 1+ years demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience coaching peers or auditors
• 1+ years of experience working with data and Google Sheets
