Bilingual Total Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure the health of quality programs across all lines of business, the remote Bilingual Total Quality Management Specialist will uphold quality standardization, evaluate complex cases, and oversee escalated transactions while residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health and reliability of quality programs by ensuring standardization and consistent evaluation
• Evaluate and resolve high-complexity cases, focusing on root-cause identification and systemic resolution
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for quality standards and support the implementation of new quality programs

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment and quality assurance
• 1+ years demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience coaching peers or auditors
• 1+ years of experience working with data and Google Sheets
