Bilingual TPL Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Bilingual TPL Claims Representative will investigate, facilitate, and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies while working remotely with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 8AM-5PM.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts quickly and accurately to obtain maximum reimbursement
• Review and research accident claims to identify potential leads and verify relevant data
• Coordinate with payors to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and manage denied claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-3 years of related experience in third-party claims adjudication
• Thorough knowledge of state lien statutes, CMS secondary payer rules, and state No-Fault laws
• Ability to maintain a home internet connection that meets company criteria for remote work
