Bilingual TPL Claims Representative

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Bilingual TPL Claims Representative, responsible for investigating and coordinating benefits for accident claims while ensuring timely reimbursement and compliance with billing guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve accounts quickly and accurately to obtain maximum reimbursement for TPL claims
• Review and research accident claims, coordinating with insurance professionals and patients to verify relevant data
• Make appeals on denied claims and pursue reimbursement from first-party payers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience in third-party claims adjudication
• Thorough knowledge of state lien statutes, CMS secondary payer rules, and state No-Fault laws
• 1-2 years working knowledge of computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
