Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate formal and informal learning experiences for bilingual audiences, including training related to products and processes
• Develop bilingual communication materials and administer training assessments to evaluate effectiveness
• Engage with business partners to plan learning events and manage classroom logistics

Required Qualifications

• Education: High-School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Certifications: Life insurance sales license
• Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in selling or training of service or tool
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field
• Preferred Work Experience: 3 years of training delivery experience, preferably in the Insurance industry
