Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Transaction Analyst to support real estate transaction activities and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent increases
• Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
• Assist with transaction implementation and quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and education
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
