Bilingual Translator - Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foreign Language Translator-Patient Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during live calls between Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese and English speakers
• Translate written materials including product information, safety documentation, and customer correspondence
• Support pharmacy customers by answering inquiries and explaining prescription services accurately and sensitively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of professional translation/interpretation experience
• Native or near-native fluency in either Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese; professional fluency in English
• Strong grasp of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical call centers strongly preferred
