Key Responsibilities

• Arrange travel for employees and business travelers, ensuring safe and secure travel experiences
• Create and execute tailored itineraries, managing time effectively while communicating with clients
• Provide customer service and support, including handling complaints and ensuring compliance with travel policies

Required Qualifications

• Degree from Junior College or higher, with experience in travel agency or client service
• Fluency in English and Japanese, with the ability to read, write, and speak effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and travel reservation systems
• Mathematical skills for handling rates, ratios, and basic computations
• Ability to work overtime or on weekends/holidays as needed
