Bilingual Trust and Safety Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Incident Ops Senior Specialist (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email, focusing on user assistance and risk mitigation
• Identify issues and trends while maintaining knowledge of the platform to resolve user concerns
• Oversee payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee and assist in executing departmental OKRs and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or skilled mediation; Trust and Safety experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency
