Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Underwriting Support Analyst I to work in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from agents, producers, and customers to collect necessary underwriting requirements
• Evaluate and process new business applications efficiently while identifying and verifying information discrepancies
• Utilize various systems to support multiple underwriting areas and recommend process improvements for enhanced customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer service or call center role
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, including email and Microsoft products
• Proficiency in keyboarding skills and effective time management
• Must have access to high-speed internet and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
