Bilingual Underwriting Support Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Underwriting Support Analyst will manage high-volume incoming calls from agents and customers, collecting underwriting requirements to assist in the issuance and servicing of individual life and health applications.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate situations and conduct thorough assessments to process new business applications efficiently
• Utilize various systems to support underwriting areas, ensuring accurate information and requirements are gathered
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product/process support and maintaining clear communication

Required qualifications

• Strong customer service and call center experience, with the ability to assess customer needs
• Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and Microsoft products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regular attendance
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
