Bilingual Underwriting Support Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Underwriting Support Analyst will manage incoming calls from agents and customers, collect underwriting requirements, and support the issuance and servicing of individual life and health new business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process new business applications to meet business objectives efficiently
• Identify and verify underwriting requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
• Utilize various systems and tools to support underwriting areas while delivering exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Strong customer service and call center experience
• Proficiency in computer systems, including email, data entry, and Microsoft products
• Ability to maintain regular attendance and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
